We’d like to give a big Huzzah! to everyone who came to the Princesses’ first anniversary party! GG and I had a fantastic time, and we hope you did, too! For those of you who couldn’t show…
-  The Butterfly Bar was a perfect location with indoor and outdoor seating and marvelous sangria. Thanks to the owner, Emily, and her staff for the great service and gracious use of the venue!
- Â Children ran around the yard, a stuffed monkey enjoyed refreshments, we got to meet some of our awesome readers, and we enjoyed catching up with friends.
- Â Everyone wore tiaras provided by GG who has a most impressive collection.
- Â I brought powdered sugar and violet sprinkles, and a few of the cool kiddos in attendance decorated our cake for us. It was sparkly wonderful!
-  We introduced PixelPiper (also known around these parts as k!) and thanked her for her amazing site design and all her fabulous effort. We also raised a glass to Billy (who designed Bri, our spectacular mascot) and Julie of Fireflower Photos (who took our pictures for the site).
A royal thank you to all who have made the first year of The Pagan Princesses an absolute delight.

I accidentally absconded with one of your tiaras! Would you like it back? I can deliver it. Tiara Deliveries.

Hi Meagan! If it’s a “real” tiara, then yes — please return it. 😎

For those of you who might have a yen for tiaras (as all princesses should), I have found a number of tiaras over the years at Kids-N-Cats Unique Gifts on Burnet Road (Austin, TX).
It’s a kookie little place bursting with an array of stuff for all ages. This place is definitely helping to keep Austin weird!

Nope, no yen, yang, or fetish for tiaras, but I probably would have worn one long enough to get my picture taken with the princesses.

TK, I have missed an important experience in my life that this did not happen. We will have another party just so I can get a picture in a tiara with you!
